IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

You can choose a half-day or a full day outing. Half days can be done either in the morning or afternoon and last 4 hours while full days are the equivalent of 8 hours. Rentee have their set of prices for both options.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

The earlier you do it, the better it is for you to guarantee an available friend within the desired date. Also, there will be enough time for our Rentee team to plan the itinerary together. However, the minimum we suggest is 48 hours.

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Yes, we do.

WHAT LANGUAGE WILL A RENTEE FRIEND USE?

When you select a Rentee friend, you have the option to filter by spoken languages. Therefore, you should select a language that you are able to communicate yourself in.

ARE RENTEE FRIEND EXPECTED TO DRIVE?​

The outings can be done by walking or public transportation when there are bigger distances involved such as metros or taxis. However, if our Rentee friend has a car and a driver’s license, we may pre-arrange this to be a part of your experience.

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES DOES RENTEE TAKE?

For your own safety, it is compulsory to upload a valid picture on your profile. This document is private and no one else except the Rentee team has access to it. It will not published or delivered to anyone under any circumstance unless required by law. We perform background check on public information about our future Rentee partner before they are accepted.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

When you book a Rentee friend, we will send you a confirmation email to notify your total payment. we will arrange a time to allow cash-on-delivery by allowing customers to pay at the time of meeting rather than in advance/at the time of purchase to minimize the risk of fraud.
